Tardiness: Please arrive on time for your appointment; any tardiness will result in less time for your service, which will end when it was originally scheduled to end regardless of when you show up. Typically for Brazilian and Brow services, arriving any later than 7 (seven) minutes into your appointment time will not allow for a clean and safe wax and you may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations: Sometimes life happens and you’ll  need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No hard feelings! Please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations should be made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Same-day cancellations/No-shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the canceled service. 3 no-shows or 3 same-day cancellations or any combination of the two will result in a mandatory, non-refundable deposit for any and all future bookings regardless of the service.

Touching: Please refrain from touching or grabbing me during service; it is unsafe for the both of us. I understand that you may be nervous but if you think you may not be able to resist squirming or grabbing me please let me know and I can have you rest on the bed with your hands behind your back to avoid any accidents.

Cleanliness: While rare, cleanliness can be an issue. When you check in for your Brazilian wax appointment you will be given a few minutes of private time to cleanse yourself with an intimate wipe. Cleansing is mandatory. Even if you don’t think you need it, you must use this wipe. Service will not begin until this step has been completed. There is also a full body mirror in the room, so if you are unsure or nervous I encourage you to use it to check yourself. If fecal matter is present during the time of your wax, the service will end immediately and you will be expected to pay full price. Fecal matter is considered a biohazard and will not be waxed over. There are no exceptions to this rule.
